Jim Gillhouse - CEO BIO
Born in Missoula and raised in Ronan, Gillhouse built a strong foundation in healthcare leadership early on, earning his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. He went on to complete his MBA at the University of Montana in 2001 and has spent the majority of his healthcare management career serving the Missoula community. In 2024, he brought his experience and commitment to rural healthcare to Ruby Valley Medical Center. Gillhouse and his wife, Gabrielle—a retired educator—are proud parents of two sons: one currently studying civil engineering in college and the other preparing to graduate from high school
